What is the warranty policy for Ryders Eyewear?
Our sunglasses are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer’s defects for a full year from the date of purchase. We will replace any product within that timeframe that proves to be defective. Please be advised that this warranty does not apply to damages caused by normal wear and tear of the product - this includes scratched or broken lenses. If your sunglasses are found to be defective within a year from the date of purchase, please return them to the Bugaboos dealer you purchased them from. Your dealer will provide you with a replacement pair of sunglasses at no cost to you. If they are not currently carrying the style you are returning, they will replace it with a style of equal or lesser value. Warranty applies to residents of North America only.
If I am not covered by the warranty, do you repair or sell replacement sunglass frames or lenses?
No, we do not repair sunglasses that are not covered by warranty.
Can I get replacement lenses for my sunglasses?
The Ryders Interchangeable styles have extra lenses available. To buy a pair of replacement lenses, please contact one of our local dealers or www.bikesomewhere.com. Our other styles and brands do not have replacement lenses.
Can you supply me with replacement ear pads or nose pads for my sunglasses?
Email contactus@bugaboos.com and include your name, address, and a note letting us know what sunglass model you have and what you need. The model name and number is located on the inside left arm. To attach nose pads or ear pads, use a gel-based superglue.
